Software License Returns
Due to the digital nature of our products, we have specific return policies for software licenses:
- Unused and unactivated licenses can be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Returns are only accepted if the product key has not been activated
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Return requests must be submitted through our contact form
