Software License Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, we have specific return policies for software licenses:

  • Unused and unactivated licenses can be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Returns are only accepted if the product key has not been activated
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Return requests must be submitted through our contact form

  4. Once approved, refund will be processed to original payment method
